The Rural Campus
of Gujarat Ayurved University is situating at Timba Village,
which is the greeny campus and 30 kms far from Ahmedabad Mega
City.
D.Pharm.(Ayu.) course with the duration of two years is conducting at
this campus since the academic year 2003. Separate accommodation
with mess facility for both boys and girls is also available at this
campus. Herbal garden with many species of medicinal plants is the
specialty of this campus and students can personally touch with these
medicinal plants during their practical classes.
Clinical Pharmacy Training is also provided with the assistance of
reputed Ayurvedic hospitals, Ahmedabad.
Panchakarma workshops are being conducted at Nidan Chikitsa Kendra,
Paldi, Ahmedabad with an aim to promote and propagate Ayurveda.
